Linknow Media Did not provide services and refused to refund claiming they actually did something Internet

 I was contacted by phone by LinkNow Media offering web design. They promised me a dedicated designer. Soon as I paid the fee I received harassing e-mails to provide login credentials to my host server. I was concerned about doing that because it would allow a stranger to have access to my e-mail account so I called to discuss. When I called, the "dedicated" designer was never available, yet I still kept getting the harassing e-mails demanding my credentials. So I scheduled thru e-mail a phone call with my "dedicated" designer. I called at the appointed time and just got voicemail. I e-mailed during our scheduled meeting time and got no response. So for good reason I was done with LinkNowbMedia. I called and explained what had happened our should I say didn't happen and demanded my money back. The representative explained that the manager would need to decide if I would receive a refund. A couple days later the coward sent an e-mail explaining they would not provide a refund because work had already been performed.
