After putting up a $200.00 deposit + $50.00 app fee. I recive a phonecall " Kevin this is marty with the link in Fort Smith Department that we had that we assigned you. Is afurnished apartment and it was it was written up wrong in the book and yeah, I know you want a nunfurnished know the only one that we have would be one in august if you could give me a call at 470-964-8000 "
Aparently this a scam they run quite often. After several phonecalls I've still not recived any of my money back.
