Without warning, Links4Trade disappeared from the Internet, failed to maintain client links on its server, repeatedly failed to respond to telephone requests and e-mail message regarding service supension. Links4Trade charges a monthly fee and individual fees for links it supplies to clients. Its suspension leaves client sites with links pages that cannot be accessed by site visitors. This serves to reduce the credibility of the client's site and prevents the client from adding new reciprocal links from other sites. LinksTrade appears to be an affiliate of StoresOnLine, yet StoresOnLine claims it cannot reach Links4Trade. By filing this report we hope other Links4Trade customers will sign in and help put pressure on the company to notify all of the status of its operation.

Update on Links4Trade

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 12, 2007

I have just read a report by a customer of Links4Trade. I wanted to file a rebuttal to this customers claim. Currently, Links4Trade is having major server issues. As a result of that issue, customers are not able to access their account with Links4Trade. Also, Links4Trade has no way in accessing it's own database. While this is very unfortunate, Links4Trade has no way to contact all of it's customers. Due to it's system being down, that is the only way to access each customers personal information. Only through email and telephone are customers able to communicate to Links4Trade. Please keep in mind that Links4Trade has now over a hundred phone calls each day (round the clock) regarding the current situation (ie; not being able to view link pages, not being able to log into their account, ect.) Links4Trade is trying to answer as many customers phone calls in one day as possible, while the technicians are working on getting the server back up as quickly as possible. I know that this whole experience has been frustrating for all.

As some of you may know, Links4Trade has over 18,000 customers in it's database. Links4Trade is trying to contact and return every voice mail and email as quickly as humanly possible during this time of high call volume. Please be patient as this is just as stressful for Links4Trade as I am sure it is for you. (customers) Links4Trade will notify it's customers once the server issue has been resolved. Links4Trade is hoping to have the problem resolved by the end of this next week.
