This Company she be investigated.  It advertises and makes out they are an American Company, the clothing is of poor quality, they charge you a percentage for a refund.  My items were to small. they said, "to expensive to send back, keep the items, we will give you 20% off your next order".  I emailed back refusing their offer and demanded a full refund, I received an email saying " We will give you a full refund" I emailed back to them asking,  for details to send the items back, they have now blocked me.  This company is also known as Rosegal, Zulily as well as other names.  They keep changing the name to scam people all over again.
