I bought a Linksys router. Router would cut off your dsl connection at least every other day. You would call, sit on hold for over 2 hours and if your lucky get reconnected. Most of the time after an extremely long wait time in ecess of over 2 hours, you would get hung up on or "disconnected" and would have to call back AGAIN. Finally after, I kid you not nor am I exagerating this number, over 100 calls to them, they OFFERED to send a replacement. When I recieved the replacement, I had 30 days to send them mine back or they would charge my account. FIRST they tried charging my account the same day I filed the claim. Called, waited over 4 HOURS and took care of that. Then I get an email that the item was backordered and it would ship out god knows when. Call them again, another 3 hour wait. They said it's no longer an available item but they will send another one instead at NO-CHARGE to me. Here it is a month later. Received the new router on November first. I sent the replacement to them NOVEMBER FIRST through PRIORITY 2-3 DAY SHIPPING with a CONFIRMATION reciept. THANK GOD I PAID FOR THE CONFIRMATION. USPS shows they received the item on the 6th. YET they charged my account on November 8th for $76.11. Called numerous times where I waited hold times of over 2 hours just to be repeatedly "disconnected". Finally I got ahold of someone today after 3 hours (thank god for speakerphone). Was transferred 6 times and had to wait another 45 minutes. It accomplished absolutely nothing. I ended up having to call my bank and put an unauthorized claim on the charge and now my bank is going to take over. To top it all off, they are all foreign and you can barely understand a word any of them say. This is absurd that they get away with this.
