I had the unfortunate opportunity to work for this company. It was awful! The company prides themselves on motivating its staff to manipulate Real Estate professionals into opening, and keeping accounts in order to gain revenue. Other complaints on Ripoff Report tell you that you will have a hard time canceling, and this is true. The company sales it's service on the "likelihood" of one gaining leads through search engine placement on the leading internet serch engines. The truth is there is no gaurantee of anything no matter how long an ad is online. The company would have you believe the longer the add exists online the better your chances of receiving a return on investment. 

Please... I cancelled accounts open for years where agents hadn't seen a dime from the service!

I worked in this companies retention department, I am not disgruntled... I quit!! Morally, I felt conflicted about lying to people and giving them extentions on their initial trial to keep them active so they would forget about being billed and be charged again and again. This company uses strong-arm tatics and they're aimed from the top down, from it's employess to its consumers. I woke-up one day and said I can't work at a company where I have to lie to people all day. Could you potentially see a ROI? Possibly, but you're investment has to be high in order for that to occur -- not a couple of phrases but serval. That's an ad campaign of nearly a thousand dollars a month in the "hope" of a ROI. 

I dislike this company because it has no integrity! High turn-over rates, poor management and terrible human resources. The end game is to get you to open an account, forget about it and continuously be charged. Hype Real Estates agents up, with all types of promises as an "Account Manager" and tell you a million things about what needs to be approved according to the National Association of Realtors and Search Engine Placement guidelines, but NO!! You can do it without this sleezy company for little to no cost!

Funny thing is, these people are not college educated marketing professionals they... Most of them are hired through craigslist and are drug users and alcoholics... Seriously, it's crazy! 

My advice, stay away!! The moment you have signed-up with this company you have been got! Bamboozled, hood-winked, SCAMMED!!! They'll offer you everything to keep you in their grips, they'll get rich and you'll loose your marketing funds wwith no results, just empty propmises.
