Lions Gate Consulting Rip off Scam New York New York

I got a beige postcard in the mail in January 2007 that said that I was eligible to receive a $5,000 grant. I called the phone number listed on the card and to Bob Kennedy and he said that I could use the grant for anything. I told them I wished to get a business started. He told me that they would need to be paid $300 out of my checking account to pay for their services and they took the money few days later

I was given a confirmation number 38792. They sent me a questionnaire after a 4 weeks whihc by then was Feb 19, then after filling it out, I sent it back and 3 months later 5-20-07 I got this dang web page locaiont list that consisted of 49 pages (80+% of the list is student loan application locations on the web which do not apply unless your a student) 5% for military stuff you can get only if you are a disabled vet (or dead) which comes free to all vets anyway. Some stuff for the state under low income housing which you can get without help. Out of all this stuff are maybe 5 grant locations that do not apply to me or my family in any way. Even one for the Goverment under Child tax credit which all people get as parents to begin with.

I immediately called up Lions Gate Consulting and spoke to a person named Michael who told me this; you got 49 pages of a report. One of them must work for you, I guaranty it. Which was and is a lie. I told them none of the pages have anything to do with a person of my age and or status. They said put in 3 applications and get the denied is the only way to get the money back. I know they are lying.

I have reported them to the BBB and FTC and Comsumer report so far. I will not stop until I get my money back. They are ripping people off.


I can say this. If you have a report from them and can find me in the phone book. Send it to me and i will put it on the internet for all to take for free I cannot give my last name here but as long as you send it to me i can do this.
