Lion's Gate Financial ripoff-- They took my money and could not give me a tracking number for the shipping New York New York

I called the number on a post card sent to me by Lion's Gate Financial stating that I might be entitled to "up to $5000 in grant money". They took my bank account number and told me that as soon as they got the payment they would ship information to me on how to get the money advertised on the postcard. They transfored me to a lady named Lindsy Martin, who took all my information and said I would get a package within 10-20 business days. I called back about ten or eleven days later asking for a tracking number and they told me they didn't have one but Lucy assured me that the package was sent out. I asked them if they could stop the order and refund my money they told me I had to wait. It's been over 20 business days and I have yet to recieve a product or a refund.
