I ordered a 14 day free trial for acai berry detox on 1/8/2009 at 1:07pm after reading blogs i called at 7pm that night and cancelled the product they gave me a cancellation # of 262137 they then told me that I would still receive Free Trial. January 23rd I went online and checked my checking account and saw that they had billed me $87.13 and it was just a pending charge at that time. I called the bank and they removed pending charge off on my checking account I then called the aca berry company and asked why they had charged me when I cancelled the order the same day I place the order they said that previous rep did not cancel the account correctly but she did see where I had called in and requested that membership b e canceled she told me she would put in a ticket to the refund department and she apologized for the mistake. Today 1/27/09 I went online again to check my acct and I saw that they had charged an additional charge on my account in the amount of $88.17 I called them up again at the # on my checking acct that they had for the charge 1-866-949-0138 and I asked them again why were they still takin money from my checking account I was told this was an error and that they were sending and email to refund department. I asked if they had a number that I could call myself they sd they did not have telephone # for them. I asked for supervisor I was told that they would tell me the same thing and I was put into voice mail. I called them back and asked if they were anything email that they could send to me I was told there was not and I had to wait they give me an email address to find out about my refund of FWMCANCELLATIONS3@GMAIL.COM and that was 6 hours ago I still have not heard anything back from the company I have since then called my bank and had them to cancel my debit card Lisa ST. I called today 1-29-09 I asked about my refund and the replied the same thing that they would email there escalation department and they will get back to me later I asked for supervisor name and # I was given a name of Mary Parker when I asked them for a phone he responde uh us #and the he gave me a # of 1028201280 I asked him what kind of phone is that, I told him that there was no such # man became defensive and sd that there was and that he had helped me as much as he can and he was now disconnecting the call.
