Lipozene ads say...100% money back guarentee! They LIE. I tried their product and didn't like it.
I called with in the 30 day trial period and was told to package up the bottles, put a return number on the outside of the package, name and address and other information in the box and ship it Reno Navada using US Postal Service.
Well, I did just that, but I didn't have the opportunite to get to the post office when it was open, so it took me 2 weeks to get there. Still have plenty of time to ship the product back. I waited for my money for 2 months, nothing was sent to me.
When I contacted the company about my refund they said I did not send the product back in time. I explained to them I had a reciept of when I shipped the product to them and they said it didn't matter, they did not recieve the product in 30 days from when I called them to return the product.
They claim that it took over 10 days to recieve the package from New York. When I asked the Post office official people, they looked up the time frame and said it shouldn't have been more than 3-5 days. There were no storm or anything else happening that would have delayed delivery.
I mailed the product back on May 20th they claim it was not recieved until June 5th so they convieniently say it was more than 30 days. I have called twice, I have written and they still refuse to give me my money back.
I can't believe a company who wants people to try their product is giving me such a hard time returning my money. I have never experienced such a disgrace regarding people's money.

#5 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Nothing fishy at all...

Dear Salvador,
I can tell you exactly how I looked into the account. Parish, New York is apparently not a very large town. There is apparently only 2 (according to the usps.com website) zipcodes for that town. The computer system used by Lipozene customer service allows the reps to search using many criteria. The 1st name and zip code are one of the ways that the customer can be found. There is only one (or at least when this had been posted) customer named anne from either of the parish new york zip codes. The notes clearly show the contact with her she claims to have made, and the exact reasons why she was not allowed a refund. Every claim I or another rep in this case made was 100% true and valid.

Something strange about these "EMPLOYEE" comments......!!!

Ok! I'm just wondering why there's an employee allowed by the company to post comments on this site about people's account information. Sure.. he/she isn't posting like financial information on display.. but whoever this "employee" of lipozene is... he/she should be getting in trouble for displaying call history and conversation history aswell!!!
Besides.. I've noticed that this lipozene "employee" responds to most of the reports on this site stating that he/she "just went thru the account"! How on earth does this person even know what account to look into to know who he/she's responding to??
Could it be that this person claiming to be an employee makes things up as he goes?! Or is he a creepy kind of stalker breaking the company's rules by posting online account information??? We may never know...

I located your account in our system and found what you are claiming is at best a stretch of the truth. We show your order was placed on march 30th, 2008. We immediatly processed your order and it was shipped out the very next day, March 31st. You did indeed call us within your 30 day Money back guarentee timeframe, on April 30th, at which point you spoke with a representitive who advised you the products you were wanting to return needed to be back in our warehouse no later than May 15th, and also to get a tracking or delivery confirmation number from whoever you send the product through. We did not receive your return until June 3rd, at which point we sent you a letter saying you were past the moneyback guarentee timeframe. When you presumably received this letter you contacted us of course angry that we would not be refunding your money. At that point the representitive you spoke with gave you the information for our CRC (customer response center) department. The letter you sent to us included a delivery confirmation number from the post office stating that you didnt even send the product to us until May 21st, nearly a week after you were advised the product needed to be delivered to us. This same delivery confirmation number also confirmed that your product was not delivered to us until June 3rd, once again well past the money back guarentee timeframe. We sent you yet another letter advising once again that the product was delivered past the money back guarentee timeframe. Upon you receiving this letter, you had your husband call in who then spoke with a supervisor who advised him of the same thing all the previous reps and CRC department did. When he was told this he hung up on the supervisor. That just happened to be on September 25th, the same day you posted these false accusations.
