A warrant means that the LAW is looking for YOU RIGHT NOW!!!! If your boyfriend was as innocent as YOU CLAIM then he should have turned himself over BEFORE the bounty hunters got there. YOU BOTH RAN AWAY!!! YOU went to the other side of the states!!!! Kinda shows that you ARE guilty.  

This has to be a joke....but on the off chance you are actually serious.

First of all THEY did not put your boyfriend in Jail...your boyfriend did.

He was given specific terms when he was released on bond..right?  When you(or who ever put up the money) went to these people to bail him out they also agreed to certain terms, such as they will make sure that he does what he is supposed to do.

The ONLY reason a warrant would be issued is if he failed to meet those terms.   As such they had the legal right to come after him regardless of where he is or what time of year it is.

I do like how you said you were going to have him turn himself in after the New Year...February 1ST.  Well I will give you this, that is after the New Year.  But unfortunatly, one other things criminals don't get to do is choose when they will turn themselves in.

Oh and sorry but by most law abiding people's standards.  If you have a warrant for your arrest and then go to the entire other side of the Country...you are a fugitive.
