Liquid Finishes Glenn George Wilcox Jeffry Lee Feinberg aka Jeff Feinberg California Contractors License #768097 7246 Marine Ave. Alta Loma, CA. 91701 Glenn Wilcox 909 483-1215 Jeffry Feinberg 505 920-7285 Did not have the correct license or pulled permits to work on my home. Glenn Wilcox and Jeffry Feinberg worked on my house in Long Beach CA. They did extensive work, plumbing, electrical, built a patio cover, built and installed cabinets. Liquid Finishes, Glenn Wilcox and Jeffry Feinberg only have a C-33 contractors license. They are only allowed to do painting and wallpaper work. These two are not qualified to do any other work then what a C-33 license is allowed to do.
I was told by Jeffry Feinberg that they were licensed to do this type of work and that the necessary permits were done. Not true at all. They also used illegal help that I later found out about. These two were paid in full for the job. On September 14, 2011 Jeffry Feinberg sued me for alleged work he claimed he did on my house. He lost the law suit. Jeffry has sued or has tried to sue other women before me. Stay away from these two. Jeffry Feinberg was sued by the state of New Mexico for working without a contractors license on April 3, 2012. Jeffry has moved back to the inland empire area September 2013. Do not hire these two.

The author of this complaint is an ex-girlfriend. The work she mentions in the complaint was work completed when I was living in the home. Most of the work was done free of charge since I was living in the home. There was work completed prior to the relationship which was in the year 2000. This complaint was posted 13 years after the work was completed.
The law suit mentioned was for personal and business related items and was not due to any work performed or payment issues. Glenn and myself, Jeffry Feinberg work with high integrity and professionalism. We do have references upon request and would hope that anyone reading this complaint would take into account the source it is coming from and would reach out to Glenn or myself directly for real references or questions.
I have worked for over 40 years in the business and assure you that I have no other complaints against me except for this one which was done out of vindictiveness. I do have a domestic violence restraining order against the women that filed this complaint due to harassment like this.
