I ordered 5 TRX Suspension Training Systems from the then Liquidation - Deals.com for $642.99. When they arrived they were counterfeit and coming apart at the seems.
When I contacted the company they said they never heard of such a thing. And never said they were sorry, we will make it right ect. they acted as though I was lieing. So I took pictures and sent them. They said they never received them but that they would take them back and return my money.
They sent me return postage and I mailed them back in Oct 2014. They received them Oct 23rd, signed by Josh who received them from UPS. I never heard back from them. Weeks go by. I contacted them and they said sorry we have been in the process of moving and we will send your money on Wednesday. Which was 2 days later. I waited. Nothing. 2 weeks later Finally I had enough. I sent a threating email about a lawsuit. They then said they would not give me my money because i threatened to sue them and to write reports like this. I said I wouldnt be threatening you if you just gave me my money.
They keep acting like its my fault that they wont give me my money. They send me bad product for $642.99, put me behind in my business for months. Cost me money in advertising for the classes I was going to be teaching using the TRX systems and paying the interest on my credit card.
They have argued back and forth with me through emails like a child not like a company. They say I am not professional so I don't get my money back. Frankly they never intened on returning my money from the beginning. This company is a complete scam. And since they ripped me off they changed their name to FactoryProductDeals.com. Based out of Ontario Canada and California. Don't buy anything from this scam company. I would love to share the crazy emails I have from them and Pictures of the bad product. I have proof of everything Im saying. Photos, receipt, proof of returned product ect.

The only thing fishy is that this company FactoryProductDeals.com AKA Liquidation-Deals.com sold ME bad product which I have pictures of and I will now figure out how to upload and share, also the receipt of my purchase.
I also have the proof of return that Josh from their company signed for and the fact they now refuse to return my money because I threatened to sue and write bad reports.
And I can share all the bad emails I received from them including ones where they say over and over they sent a check and now that I am threating a law suit they are going to stop payment on the check. Of corse no check was ever sent so impossible to stop payment on a check that wasnt sent. My credit card company PNC bank has all this proof and has given me a temporary credit. Maybe you can post all your proof of your wonderfull experience?

I've ordered 30 TRX kits from this company and never had one issues with them! I'm a certified TRX trainer and they have been amazing to deal with. I've sent them over 20 new customers who all ordered a TRX kit from them, including many other related products and no issues. No company is perfect, however, I think the customer above has the right to her story, however, keep in mind theirs always two sides to a story.
Again, I myself and 20 of my clients have never had any issues with factoryproductdeals.com and we've ordered from them many times. We hope you get your matter resolved Victoria, but something sounds fishy.
