We bought a computer from this company on their Ebay site. It stated the computer was brand new. I got this computer for my mother who was having cancer surgery and thought it might be nice to have a laptop when she is recovering.
We got the laptop just before she went to hospital and it DID NOT WORK properly. We assumed a new computer should be working perfectly.
We contacted the company and after delays they contacted us back asking us to troubleshoot the computer! They wanted us to reformat the entire computer. I told them my mom is in hospital so will try to do this when I can.
We did figure out how to reformat the computer but still it it does not work. I had to fild a return request. After more delays I was contacted by the company telling me it is now too late to return the computer.
They ignorned my follow up messages since then and my mother is stuck with a laptop that does not work during her cancer recovery!

I have contacted this company numerous times to try to resolve this matter. They sold me a broken computer, which they said was brand new, and it never worked. They then ignore me and then finally say sorrry it is too late to return it.
