Lisa Benjamin deceptive practice Delaware

I was online 1/6/2014 looking at homes for sale in Athens,Georgia when my seaching was interrupted by an invitation to take a real estate survey with the reward of a sample bottle of the diet supplement Garcina Cambogia. Next,I was checking my online bank account and saw a charge pending for a company called pcambhlp.com with a charge of $159.99 which I did NOT authorize.  I have called many times since the 6th to find out why the product has not been shipped tp me yet so I can send it back for a refund.   I was given a UPS tracking number but noticed my address is not on the package,nor is their company name nor address.  According to the UPS tracking site,the package was delivered to me on 1/30/2014.....it was not. I called back again yesterday and spoke to a woman named Joy who told me to be assured the product will be sent to me.  When I told her I checked the UPS tracking number and saw no address for UPS to deliver the product to,I was given yet another excuse. I believe this company is a fraud and do not want this to happen to anyone else.
