Lisa Dunckley, Airdance Farms, Noble Houston, Extreme Sporthorses Contract for horse semen not honoured. So many excuses! No money returned. Lido California

I want to warn people about Lisa Dunckley - was in Livermore, California and just moved in August of 2015 to Lido, California.  The barn name was Airdance Farms.

The stallion we had signed a contract for frozen semen for was Noble Houston. The short story is she had a lot of excuses for not getting the semen to us in 2014 and this year he can not be used due to an injury.  She offered us one of her other stallions but after waiting a month or more for photos and video of said stallions, we couldn't wait any more.  As far as I know, Noble Houston is still not able to mount a phantom.

I sent her the $1000 stud fee in July of 2014. It is now  September in 2015 and I cannot get a refund, which her contract allows me.  She keeps saying that her internet doesn't work, she is too busy, she is trying to work out a plan.  Always time for an excuse but never time to just send me some money back.  

She refuses to acknowledge my request other than to give more excuses about her horse. I have our email correspondence if people want some amount of proof.
