Lisa Green tried review extortion to an Airbnb, wanted payment for not writing negative review. Saint Augustine FL

Lisa Green stayed in our Airbnb apartment in November 2nd. She actually got the accomodation half price do to an error on the website. It was only $80 per night for 5 people staying in the listing.  We figured at least we could have happy customers and no problems.

Lisa Green and he party arrived. At first everything was great. But the next day she seemed to go around looking for problems. Like saying the water was coming out slow in the ice maker and bringing up very small, specific problems. 

In the end, when she left, we just stopped responding to her, because nothing was actionable. She then says that she is waiting on a response from us before leaving the review and it was completely up to us if she would leave the review.

I told her that Review Extortion is illegal, and if she left a negative review based on us NOT PAYING HER then I would publicly publish my experience with her also on the internet. So here it is.
