I contacted Lisa Miceli through Craigslist. I met with her around the 18th of may 2009. I made the mistake of giving her half the rent($200) before even seeing the apt. I was from out of town so i was deperate for a place. after 15 minutes of unloading my belongings into this unnaceptable place, I changed my mind. By this time Lisa was already heading to Bay st. Louis, Mississippi to her home. I tried tracking her down, but was unsecesful. I called her and left a message on her cell telling her that if I didn't reiceive my money on that evening that I would contact the authorities. She contacted me sometime later on the same evening and told me that if I was smart that I would shut my mouth since I was harrassing her by continually trying to call her on that evening. she said she would give me some of the money back, but she never contacted me. I wish i saw this site before i met mona lisa.

How is this a rip-off? It sounds like you rented an apartment before you ever saw it (bad decision on your part) and were then unsatisfied when you did see it. You don't give any indication that she misrepresented the apartment. It sounds like you are ripping her off by changing your mind after you had already made an agreement. Did you say you would call the authorities? Why, to tell them that you were unsatisfied with an apartment that you had already paid for? What would you want them to do? The authorities' would probably laugh at you. Why did you even file this report on here?
