I sold an adult french bulldog to Lisa Williams in TN. She at first told me that she could pay for the shipping of the dog from across the country. I made the arragements for the flight and I found out that she couldnt pay the shipping cost. I made a contract with her on the shipping and the payment of the dog seperately. She was very convincing that she would pay. She had dogs from other reputable breeders that I have heard of so I thought she would be as well. I paid $300. for the flight and The agreement price on the dog was $1500. It has been 8 months and she hasnt paid me anything. I emailed her for several months with no response. i finally did get a response but she has kept promising me that she will pay but nothing ever comes of it. I found another rip of report on her as well. In that report there was a ill puppy that was sent to the new owner that paid ALOT of money for that dog. But money isnt the only factor, that puppies medical needs were neglected. I wonder what has become of my dog and what condition she is in? I hope if there is any one else with any negative comments they will report it so we can stop her from scamming people. At this point I realize how dumb I was to trust her and that she never planned on paying me a dime.

The dog that I sold her was called Marshmellow, I do believe that she sold many people puppies with no papers. That is ok as long as they knew the situation and paid the appropriate price for that. She never got papers from me on that dog because she wasnt paid for. you can contact me at bestfriend bulldogs

Did you ever get paid?

Did you ever recieve the check for your dog? Also may I ask what dog you sold her? I have heard that many of her dogs are not coming with AKC paperwork and that the parents where never registered by AKC.
I have purchased a puppy in poor condition from this Lisa and I still have yet to recieve paperwork.

It came to my attention that Joan Foote was not a partner of Lisa Williams at this time and was not a part of this situation. There is no way for me to completly take her name off of this report but I hope that it will be noted by anyone reading it. At this time Lisa has made a payment to me of $300. and says that a payment is in the mail. I will update more when I am paid in full.
