Lisbeth M Bustin is the worst, incompetent, unappolegetic property manager I have ever experienced. Their are so many complaints from the residents and they are just blatantly ignored. 

When I first moved into the building, the janitor insulted and made racist remarks to me. I addressed this Lisbeth, her response it just happaned once and she wasn't going to do anything about it. 

My wheels got stolenin the buidling full of security, clearly its an inside job. Nothing was done to solve the issue.

My wheels constantly being damaged by Valet. No Resolution by Listbeth Bustin.

Me and my girlfriend were in the elevator and it all of a sudden dropped us 4 floors down. We told Martha the front desk about it and to not let anyone use it. Martha told us it was fine and it happens all the time. We refused to use the elvetaor and the following day the elvetaor is out of service. Clearly, Martha has no regards to safety. I emailed Lisbeth Bustin about this and she doesnt reply.

Lisbeth Bustin is disgusting human being and KW Property and Consulting is allowing this unqualified person keep running down 900 Biscayne Bay Condos.

Owners cant sell their condos, renters are moving out. Only way to fix this building is from the TOP. Which starts from replacing the incompetent Lisbeth Bustin and all her little peasant worker chearleaders. under her.
