My wife order a free trial for Lissie Skin Care on 11/12/2014.  To receive the free trial she had to pay a $4.95 shipping. On 12/15/2014 $200 was charged on her card for a subscription.

Nowhere on the registration or credit card payment web pages was there any clear indication or warning that the free trial has strings attached.  Below the fold of the payment page is the following text in 10px font: (Mirrored below)

"We take great pride in the quality of our product, and are confident that Lisse Skin is the most effective and powerful anti-aging serum in the market. With over 1 million bottles sold, our product speaks for itself. Comparable products retail for hundreds of pounds per jar. If for any reason you find this product does not meet your needs, we will gladly give you a refund!. By submitting, you concent to having read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and after your 14 day trial period has expired, being enrolled in our membership program for $94.94 plus shipping per month. You can cancel anytime by calling 1-800-930-1694"

When my wife called to complain and cancel the subscription, the individual stated that "lots of people are calling and complaining that they did not see the terms for the free trial"  Is it any wonder?

The print is tiny and nowehere during the sign up for this purported "free trial" did it provide any directive to the "terms" or "conditions" of the free trial. i.e. See terms and conditions

From a legal contract standpoint, how can this possibly meet the "knowingly and intelligently" elements of a binding agreement...
