My name is Carlos Lissimore, the rightful owner of Lissimore & Lissimore Inc.. On such in, such date, Ms. Xxxx, called my office seeking assistance with placing her movie project with one of my investment lenders. It was at that time, that I explained the procedures necessary to become registered in the program. She was advised; however, that in order to move forward with my company, we would need to receive a copy of the following items:   1) A copy of proof of funds 2) A copy of the business license 3) The business license and FEIN No. 4) An executed copy of the Lissimore & Lissimore consulting agreement. 5) A business proposal OR summary of the scope of the project. 6) A one pager or movie proposal and Wishlist 7) A copy of the Budget for the film 8) A copy of the manuscript for the film   To date, Ms. Xxxxx has not provided the required documentation to move forward with my company. Therefore, she has not engaged. I am interested in helping her pursue the funds needed for the budget but the forms highlighted above must be submitted in order for me to engage by investors. It's a requirement.    Lissimore & Lissimore Inc is in the business of providing a professional service by helping businesses in need of funding secure their financial needs without hassle and or discrimination, but we have to following the procedures given to us by the investors involved. I will proudly assist Ms. Xxxxx once I receive the proof of funds and all of the other documentation.
