This company is a total scam!!!! I cant even get past the initial "steps" that you need to complete! When I ask for help they tell me I must e-mail and since they classify that as "low priority" you wait forever for a response. If you call them there is no one there on weekends to answer your question.

They say no down-payment and then turn around and require one. They also say they can get you in a home in 30-60 days and then later say it will take 90-120 and act as though you are an idiot to suggest anything different!

Do not fall for their nonsense. I am just hopig I can cancel without too much trouble.
