I have been looking for a rental home. I came across their rent to own website. They advertise that they will help you not only find a home but will help you find an investor to help you purchase the home. To gain access to see the homes and supposedly the address etc you have to register for an account. When you start the registration it has you enter your credit card that isn't supposed to be charged until your 3 day trial is up. I signed up on Thursday evening at 9pm. I figured I had at least until Saturday night for my free trial however I got charged $69.90 midday Saturday and immediately called but they are closed on the weekend. I called back on Monday, he said sure I will cancel your membership,  but when I asked about a refund he basically laughed. He was so incredibly rude, condescending and arrogant. I asked if he could please transfer me to someone else, someone a little nicer and more helpful. He said no he was the manager and hung up. I found it odd when I called back I got the same guy the first time, the receptionist I guess. That hardly ever happens in a big corporation. He transfered me to the guy I had talked to that hung up on me. He immediately asked if this is Ms. X. I said yes it is and I really don't want to speak to you can you please transfer me to someone else. He said I'm the manager and you ain't talking to nobody but me. That's when I figured it's just 2 guys in a house scamming people into their credit card info so they can get an easy 70 dollars a pop. After a lot of research I found this is a site ran by 2 guys in Suwanne, GA. Most likely in a house. I have 2 adresses, the one I listed is the one that appears on the emails, but doing my research I found 3055 Breckinridge dr. Duluth ga. He told me on the phone that I had to fill out a refund request and send to accounting which is supposedly in another building somewhere in fl and they have no personal contact other than email. Sounds fishy, so when I got the refund request the address on the bottom says to send it to the address in GA, but wait I thought accounting was a different office that's in Florida.  These guys are rude, arrogant and they are scamming people daily for 70 bucks a pop. I read another story of a guy being out thousands bc of this guy and his supposed company. A BBC rating of a D! That's saying something. Not to mention they just recently changed their name in July of this year to OW Marketing from OW Homes. There are 21 complaints on the old name, 0 so far on the new name, which I assume was only changed to hide their scam. Someone needs to shut thus operation down before these guys get rich stealing from people thinking they are getting help.
