I am also a victim of Litigation Law Group, Inc.

I took a different approach. I hired another attorney to not
only go after them but also to help me file a complaint against them. See I
work in the technical field and they advised me via email that they lost
documents, servers were destroyed and when I asked what they did they NEVER
came back to me with anything. See there is something in the country called
SAS70 and SOX compliance. These are programs put in place to make sure our data
is safe, which they did not care about.

The second thing is that they did not want to give out last
names, well PAUL guess what, you cant hide these days. I have his last name
and have filed a complaint against him and many more that were working there.

If you would like you can call te California State BAR and
file a complaint. Jus to let you know it if a tough and long process but trust
me it is a satisfying one.  I have filed over 10 claims against this company. I have written to the government of my own state, the state of California and Washington. I send the same document via email and hard copy now every week and will continue until I get an answer.

 

I too was taken for $3500.00 and guess what. It is a FEDERAL
LAW that they cannot charge you up front for doing this kind of work. So use
that in your favor as well. Report this company is many ways of all the
violations they have done. See I have gone through to them personally and I now
know to make them feel the inconvenience part that I have.  Go to your state courthouse and file a claim
against the individual who youre dealing with there. They will NOT show but
guess what, now you have a judgment against them. They will NOT want to deal
with that and will at least give you the call.

 

I hope we can all help each other regarding this and beat
this. I will be starting a website soon regarding this and will post to it as
well in hopes we can unite and work together.

All I can say is keep reporting them and keep having them
stopped. I have looked up there numbers and reported them to their carrier COOK
TELECOM, INC. I have also filed a report with the FCC that they are scamming.

 

So I have one word for Paul and his crew over there. Keep it
up because you have messed with the wrong person.
