I visited the web site http://www.blueberrygiantplants.com/ because the idea of growing blueberries at home sounded really cool. They offer a buy two for $10 then immediately ask for address and credit card information the start to up sell asking do you want to add this for this and so on. I was curious so I added a few items and finally stopped adding thinking I would be able to review the order and see how much it would be and maybe delete a few items. This was not the case because as soon as I said no my order was submitted without an option to back out. I received an email with the total and another up sell link, I was not going to go through that again so I didn't click on the link. No other links or references to refund options, who to call for customer service or anything of that nature. The product began to arrive and I realized it was not what I had expected so I had to go back to the site where I placed the order and find the customer service number. I called them and they said send the stuff back and we will give you a full refund. It has now been a month and still no refund so I called today and this customer service rep informs me that it could take up to 6 weeks but would go ahead and process the claim less the postage and handling. Not a great deal! All I really wanted was the blueberries for $10 + 6.95 s&h and now I have no blueberries and am out $37.75 because I was not given the opportunity to review the order. My advice never order from a website that asks for your credit card before you review your order.
