BALE CHEVROLET LITTLE ROCK Arkansas

I also find that bale chev is not the co they used to be. I was told some time ago they had went down hill but did not belive it untill now. I own a wrecker service here in town. I have gotten three wreckers in the past with bale with no trouble however this time was diffrent. First of all i was forced to use a salesman who i had trouble with at another dealership and said i would rater deal with someone else but was force to use this salesman. He does not anwser his calls and does not call back when messages are left. Our credit was turned down and we were not called and told this. We had a credit approvel from a lease co before we got there but did not let this out to them. When lease co got in they asked them if they wanted the money wrired or would they take there check. They agreed to take there check. They asked if they send a copy of check would they give the truck to us untill it arrived they agreed to do so. Then affter the check was send ups they wanted tracking number to be sure check was send. Then they said they would not give the truck to us untill they rec check with back on there word.

They same day our credit was not given by gmac on behalf of bale the bale honda store ok.ed credit on a new honda accord. how do you get turned down by one and aprovel by two on the same day. Bale honda is owned by same owner but the honda is very friedly like they are not the same businesss. Tim the genral sales mangager at the chev store was also very rude. The chev store is not a place i will do business with again they do not care about there customers. But i would tell anyone to go to there honda store.
