We decided to order 2 items (Belly Bandit Original in L) which brought the total order to be over $50. Surprisingly, we were charged $9.95 for shipping/handling although the total order has come up to be over $50. When customer service was contacted, they refused to honor their policy (free shipping for orders over $50) and insisted that they price match was only restricted to quantity of 1 and that we should have purchased other items from their stores to bring the total of over $50 to quality for free shipping. This was not listed on the initial correspondence. When this was pointed out again, customer service insisted that she had no idea that we were going to purchase multiple in quantities when our correspondences clearly indicated that we would be interested in obtaining multiple quantities. In the spirit of being honest, we did try to use the 10% off coupon that they provided in conjunction with the price match. However, we had agreed and understood that the coupon couldn't be used in conjunction to the price match, thus agreed to have the coupon removed. Customer service insisted that we were not qualified for free shipping, went back and forth via emails to argue that she couldn't be held responsible for misunderstanding on our parts. We decided to cancel the orders as it's not worth it to be lectured by an online retailer who would not put customer satisfaction above. Customer service claimed to have experience in price matching and this was the first difficulty that she encountered. Well, thank you very much... We're not going to be talked down to, only to save a mere $0.50 to $1.
Lesson learned, time to move on and mark this online retailer to never deal with them again. Just want to give other buyers a heads up..... Regardless of what they advertise, they won't honor it and you'll be left with headaches and possible lectures.

Unfortunately I cannot match an item that does not exist.
If you find the item that you want to purchase at a lower price, I can match it but our policy states that it has to be for the same item.
I would love for you to purchase from us and would love for your friends, family and co workers to have a chance to experience all Little Dudes and Divas has to offer but I cannot extend the price match for the Belly Bandits.

I'm the representative that attempted to help the following customer. My name is Maya and you will find my name in many reviews about Little Dudes and Divas proving I am patient and helpful and I do my best to keep customers happy I'm only human and some people won't be happy no matter what
I'd like to begin by mentioning that the customer failed to provide the ENTIRE email thread in her report which I feel is misleading and you will find our entire email thread below for your further judgment.
The customer emailed asking for a price match... not price matches.You will see my explanation on the price match and will notice that it says ITEM not itemS.
We only match authorized sales and the link she sent me was not authorized but I extended our policy to make her happy. When I explained that the match would only be valid on the specific size, she asked for me to extend the match further to accommodate the sizes she needed and I could not do so.
When price matching, our competitor's shipping charges need to be taken into consideration. Some companies offer lower prices but their shipping is that much higher and as you will read in the email thread, theirs WAS higher.
She then asked for a coupon code instead so that she can purchase the sizes she wanted so I offered her a coupon code. Not only did she end up purchasing the price matched item with the price match code but used the 10% off as well even though the specifications about no coupon codes was there.
I apologize in advance if I sound rude and my rebuttal is defensive but I feel that I and the company I work for are under attack for trying to please someone that clearly cannot be pleased.
Please also note that bad feedback is easier to obtain than good and our good ratings (my PERSONAL ratings by customer reviews) proves we try our very best but some people won't be satisfied no matter what.
