 Litton Loan Servcing was our mortgage company for many years, before they sold it to Ocwen Loan LLC.

During our servcie with Litton Loan we receviced a letter informing us that our home was in forecloser, we couldn't believe what we was reading. We were told that we would have to paid extra money to caught up, on our mortgage, we had no ideal that we were behind. No warning letters or nothing just a forecloser letter, we were devastated. We never recevied a letter informing us of a class action law suit. A friend informed us of the suit and we wats to no why we were left out.
