People must wake up. I got a wake up call when I received a rediculious bill. I called to investigate. And for the life of me, I don't know how they are in business. When I went to the website, I learned even more. You should see the last 12 months of payments(as they assure you). My payments were showing January thru May. The worst part is the late fees charged, the interest you're paying, and the principle you get credit for. I don't understand their rates. I should be paying a fixed rate of 11.75%. I will never get this loan paid off, if something isn't done. If you have this company, please, please check the website on your transactions! You'll see what I mean.

Litton Loan Servicing Not getting better!

I now have received 3 letters from Litton. Two repeats.
One threatening to forclose if I don't pay more money.
They ask me to give then 60 days to reseach the problem. After sending the fax proving my 1 payment of 300.00 from my bank; now they want a copy of front & back of canceled check. I paid them electronically! They have the fax! Now they are demanding an additional $595.04 and other fees may become due after that. They also suggest I keep making my payments until this is resolved or in 45 days they will accelerate the loan be due and payable immediately!
