Litton Loan Servicing Litton will not let me pay off my loan. Houston Texas

In 2006 i bought a townhouse in suburban Cleveland, Oh. The morgage was through Ownit morgage solutions, but eventually got sold to LItton, than to Select Portfolio, than back to Litton.

I have fixed rate and I have always made my payments on time, not a single mark. Than my business picked up a little bit and I started sending in two or three times the amount to pay off my principal faster. As most of people, dealing with Litton know, when filling in the payment form, you have a secton, to put in your payment, escrow, additional pricipal etc. Well i always did that, but for 6 months straight, they kept posting my payments for next month in line, therefore taking in all of their interest, and not putting any money towards my principal. I have talked to several people at Litton, and time after time was assured that it was going to be taken care of and as of yet nothing has changed. So my next coures of action was to stop paying the note, thingking they will be calling me and hopefully they will want to do what needs to be done to keep receiving the payment.

I was wrong, only one call and after explaining my concern to the person on the phone, his response was, "ok sir, i understand, we will just post it on your credit". That was it... No supervisor, manager, no educated person to talk to...

What a horrible nightmare this place is. If anybody is going for class action against this company, please count me in.
