Litton Loan Servicing Charging for insurance when we alredy have it, Won't give payoff Houston Texas

We hate Litton Loan. As they are trying to forclose on our house.
We filed a chapter #13) The creditors get paid back. As soon as we got a discharge. here came Litton Loan. They doubled our house payment. It was $1,500.00 and with all the charges they added and late fees,it is $3,000.00 Insurance we alredy had, Taxes we paid, they claimed they paid. They got paid threw our trustee, and so did the house payments. We were never in control of the house payment for 5 years while under bankruptcy PROTECTION. And here came the BIG BAD NASTY WOLVS.

They sent us a letter of forcloser, and said they wanted $20,000.00 as that is what we were behind. (They said. Wrong.) While under bankruptcy protection that is WRONG. So I got a hold of are bankruptcy lawyer once again. And he said that they can not do that. We can not get refinanced as Litton Loan has ruined our credit, saying we are late and owe $20,000.00. We havent been late for FIVE YEARS.

The bankruptcy Lawyer gave me three options. #1 refinance, But no bank will help, I have tryed at leat 5 banks.
we have no bills, But Litton has ruined what credit we had by our credit report. #2 Pay the $20,000. #3 Go threw bankruptcy again. as with a chapter 13 you can do that. As we have a business and stedy income. And Litton can not take our house.

So here we go again, to save our house of 15 years. So after the discharge Litton said our new house payment is now $3,000.00
I talked to a man one that seemed like he wanted to help so he tryes a plan that we must make 5 payments of GET THIS ($4,550.00)
I sent the papers they were trying to get us to sign to are Lawyer, I said what do I do? He said DO NOT SIGN IT. unless you have a money tree. He is sueing Litton Loan in our behafe. for VIOLATIONS RELATING TO CHARGES THAT WERE PUT ON OUR CHAPTER #13.After Litton Loan got the letter a week latter here came a new DEAL. from Litton Loan and Titanium Solutions. Who must be in bed with Litton Loan.

Thay want to refinance our home. And put the $20,000.00 Litton claims we owe on the back of the new loan from Titanium Solutions. So maybe that will make us happy. That is all of our equity of fifteen years. Isn't that nice of the CROOKS. The amount we owe is $156,480.94 and if we take the new deal we will owe $176,393.00 So Litton Loan seems to think they can win that way. And they want us to think they are helping. They can stick that deal were the sun dosn't shine.
So we are now in a law suit with the crooks. I will keep you posted.
