by September of this year. It's because so many Chinese people are buying Cadillac Escalades and driving all over China while they talk and text on their smart-phones. Since China's economy is doing well, they're buying a lot of gas guzzling cars and SUV's, which is making the demand for oil to go up. That creates higher prices at the pump in the USA.

Don't blame anyone in the USA for manipulating the price of oil. That's nonsense! The big banks in the USA would never manipulate the price of oil in order to make profits and keep the U.S. government afloat.

Think about it, why would these bankers manipulate oil, and then have to pay a lot more to fill up their yachts? And don't forget that these bankers drive Mercedes and Bentleys. Those vehicles only get about 10 to 15 mile per gallon. Even the bankers hate high gasoline and diesel prices.
