Litton Loan Servicing Deceptive Fraudulant Practices Houston Texas

I fell behind with my mortgage payments to Litton Loan Servicing. Doesn't make me a bad person, just a married father of three with one income.

Litton sent Titanium Solutions my case and Titanium Solutions contacted me regarding a "Loan Modification" setup by Litton Loan.

Litton and Titanium sent a person to my home to have us do all the paperwork. We followed their directions to a "T". We paid the amount they asked for, supplied the w2's, bank statements and paycheck stubs.

We signed and notarized the paperwork and overnighted it to Litton (we also kept all the receipts and paperwork). We did it all in time of their deadline.

We were told everything would be fine and not to worry. The new modification took what we owed for late payments and fees and added it on to the end of the loan. it also lowered our interest rate and monthly payment.

We were told NOT to make a payment until March 1, 2007, the date the new loan modification went into effect. No problem. We have to fix the roof anyway so that would help us ... right?

WRONG.

Last Friday I had a knock at my door and the Sheriff delivered papers to me. Guess who got hit with a pre-foreclosure summons? Me. Asked me to either provide in writing why I shouldn't have to pay $76,000, or it goes to court for foreclosure.

I called Litton immediately. Was sent to voice mail. left my message. Explained the URGENCY. No one called back. That was a week ago.

Called again on Monday and explained that I needed to speak to a human, not a voicemail box. Imagine my surprise when the CSR told me that the more messages I leave, the further my case is pushed to the back! Called back again and was told to be patient, these things take time. I explained to the CSR what was going on and she said these take upwards of 30 days or more. I explained I had 20 days. She told me to be patient. This was all this past Monday.

Fed up, I looked online and found ripoffreport.com. I read all the horror stories about Litton.

Monday I see my attorney. It's expensive and it's hurting us financially (thank goodness for instant tax places). I am not going to let Litton do this. I have all my paperwork, INCLUDING a copy of the loan modification!!! Let's see what happens after Monday rolls around.
