Litton Servicing Servicing Littion Loan Servicing and LCS Financial yes will join suit. Litton started modification process 2nd Twice requested updated info from us. They stopped communicating, turned us over to LCS whom changes terms every time we speak. refuses to Houston, Texas

We had second mortgage with Litton. Hardships required we seek modifications.  Litton started modification process with us. Sent docs, we returned.  Modification process taking more than one year and still not completed. 

Twice during the year, Litton requested updated docs when our file landed on another desk. We completed the updated docs and returned in enclosed shipping enveloped and faxed as well.  Nothing ever was heard from Litton.  Tried several attempts to contact.  Left numerous messages. Litton will NOT return phone calles or communicate with us on our loan.

Litton turned our file over to LCS financial. They agreed on terns verbally but refuse to place them in writing longer than six months.  Said they would write off delinquent figures if we could settle.  Then pulled the terms, said they aren't allowed to negotiate.  Then they agreed to six months terms, When letter received from them, only three month terms.  Will not answer their phones now. 

Would be most happy to join law suite against Litton or LCS.  Business ethics are fraudulant at best, ettiquette is non existant.  No integrity for either company. Can't believe or trust in any form of communications, written or verbal.  Companies will not stand behind terms and arrangments.
