I purchased a pair of sandals for $22 from a site called, "IOffer" and I purchased it from this seller name " liu qingli " in which I paid via paypal to this address where money of $22 in amount was sent to : zhegekebiesi@163.com ( which is Liu Gingli's account ) . This occurred on Aug 24, 2013, where transaction of invoice was sent to me by this seller in agreed amount of $22 for a pair of sandals in which he later provided two tracking numbers and that's when I followed up by his inconsistency to provide one tracking number whereas, he provided two different numbers . When I contacted him through IOffer.com website, where I , originally, purchased and paid for item, he , over repeated number of weeks, stated the package is on its way and that I should be patient. Seller never replied back to my comment why he provided two different tracking numbers, upon my inquiry of my sandal's whereabouts. Over a period of one month passed and seller lost contact with me by ignoring my numerous contacts through IOffer.com website. I finally left feedback that seller is a thief and that I never received my sandals nor did seller even give further more response to my loss in product I paid via paypal. Seller, after a few weeks of passing time per feedback that I left on IOffer.com site, replied back to me and stated, if I were to remove my negative feedback , he would refund me back the amount he took from me without returning product I purchased. Feedback can not be deleted once submitted on Ioffer.com site and I have no faith in that the seller will refund me nor keep his word since I find this seller a shameless liar and ignorant of consequence upon stealing money and having a credit rate of buying activity on that site for less than <100%. Paypal now states, since I waited over 45 days to report and continue follow up of my loss upon the filed date that should have taken place, will no longer be able to assist or allow me to file for complaint and requesting of my paypal funds in the amount of $22 to be returned back to my paypal account. This seller, I later found out, is not only selling replicas, infringement of copyright items such as LV ( Louis Vuitton ) , etc. of designer name brands falsely represented items but that the sandals I ordered had a LV logo and appeared to look like quality of legal rights to sell , yet, apparently, was a replica and not one to be of the brand seller represented it to possess in designer brand. I , later, found out that the entire Ioffer.com site sells many replica , counterfeit items, and am requesting for an investigation and with proof of my purchases in the past , can reveal how I was conned.
