Live Drive accuse me of being a "fraudster"! I have been a affiliate of various programs online & offline for over 30 yrs! I was also terminated by you crooks! I have NEVER been terminated from any program I have participated in ever! Nor have I ever been terminated in anything in my life( I am 54)! It is you Live Drive that are the fraudsters, me & the others you falsely accuse & defame our characters, need to find a aggresive Law firm to bring your limey asses to justice & shut your operations down & make you pay like your fellow Limey crooks that wrecked our coastline & enviroment, BP Petroleum.

After paying Livedrive for 1 year's service, they took my money and then terminated my affiliate account and my paid customer account. All without any details as to why, nor the possibility of speaking with a Livedrive Customer Representative.

Livedrive has no accountablilty with anyone for their actions, except by those of us who are willing to EXPOSE Livedrive for what the company is really doing to paid customers.

The complaints against Livedrive are many and those complaints can be searched out on the internet.

It appears that Livedrive is not to be trusted!!!  I should have done my own research before getting involved with Livedrive.

Livedrive took my payment for 1 year's service, then cancelled me as a customer by accusing me of something that is a FLAT OUT LIE.

It appears that Livedrive blatantly slanders their own paying customers, because up to this point they have been able to do it with being accountable to anyone.

Livedrive customers are cut off and that is the end of discussion, as far as Livedrive is concerned.

Once Livedrive cuts a customer off, Livedrive does not provide any opportunity for that customer to contact a Livedrive representative to discuss any issue

Proof of Livedrive's ability to brush customers aside without any way of contacting a Livedrive "CUSTOMER" Representative (not sure if they really have one) is in the very email they send out to the customers that Livedrive accuses of doing wrong and then just cuts them off.

Livedrive not only cancelled me as an affilliate, but also as a CUSTOMER for which I had already paid them for!!!  LIVEDRIVE, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO KEEP MY MONEY!!! 

NOTE: Everyone sees the desparate attempts by Livedrive employees to defend Livedrive's actions on these posts, so please read on...  Livedrive's responses on here are extremely arrogant and desparate!!!

As for the affiliate program, I personally hadn't even signed up one single customer...   HOW DARE YOU ACCUSE ME OF BEING INVOLVED IN A PYRAMID SCHEME!!!  LIVEDRIVE COME CLEAN!!!

I'm aware of one person who had $12k in commissions due and Livedrive cancelled him one week before Livedrive was supposed to pay him the 12k. That speaks for itself!!!
Another person had over $3k in commissions coming from Livedrive and Livedrive cancelled him in the same manner.  That speaks for itself
And I read the experience of the person in this complaint who was cheated out of 4k commission.  That speaks for itself.

The only communication any of them received from Livedrive was an email with absolutely no way to find out why they were cancelled, nor any possible way of contacting a Livedrive CUSTOMER Representative to discuss the issue.   I have discovered that Livedrive sends the same email to each person Livedrive cuts off. (see below)  It is the same email that I received from Livedrive...

Your IP has been registered and any future attempts to sign up to livedrive as an affiliate or a CUSTOMER  will be blocked.

NOTE:  What decent company with integrity treats their customers in this manner?

The only reason, I can come up with that Livedrive treats their customers in this manner, is maybe Livedrive has something to hide.  They are making incredible amounts of money by doing this and have no one to be held accountable with.

Livedrive is a company that appears to have absolutely NO INTEGRITY.
A Google search on 'Livedrive complaints' will definitely educate anyone about how poorly Livedrive treats it's customers.

Also of interest is that there is an internet movement to gather as many people together as possible of Livedrive's wrongfully treated customers for an event that will not be pleasant for Livedrive...

I am highly upset with Livedrive due to they terminated me without cause. Livedrive's intregrity and professionalism is highly questioned. Livedrive misutilized my $8 I had sent to them. No one should never sign up with Livedrive ever.  Livedrive is not a company that has a foundation built on intregrity, professionalism. Livedrive is very arrogant at their responses. Livedrive showed me that they are guilty because how would you know to come on this site if you haven't committed any fraud is the question. Live should change their name to "Company Of Lies".

What part of none of us signed up as an affiliate and then bought an account do you not understand? I will emphasis in caps:

NONE OF US SIGNED UP AS AN AFFILIATE AND THEN BOUGHT AN ACCOUNT!

I purchased your product first and only then became an affiliate so no, I did not buy your prodcut with my affiliate link.    
 
You state that you did not buy the product and then immediately state that you did, which one is it? This appears like a clear admission to purchasing a product and as an affiliate you have referred yourself.

Perhaps you need to re-read my complaint but this time read it slow so you understand it as you are embarassing yourself.  

I purchased the product first and only then became an affilate. I did not refer myself as you have stated as the cause for terminating my affiliate account and keeping over 4k in commissions that were rightfully earned.  
 
This is precisely the reason your account was terminated. As an affiliate you cannot refer yourself as a sale.

Nope...Did not do that and would not do that. Your actions taken were severe and without proper cause but what is worse is your response. No telephone number to call and speak with someone and I was told do not bother contacing us or trying to access the product that you paid for...

The cause listed for my affilate account being terminated with Live Drive and 4k in commissions lost is without merit. 

Please understand that the affiliate program is designed for honest affiliates, not people trying make a quick buck.

Of the 2 companies having this conversation, I am the only 1 that is a an A Rated member of the BBB and have been online for over 10 years with an impecabble reputation.
 
I am the guy that has sold over a million dollars online and put my impecabble reputation on the line to promote Live Drive.

Live drive did nothing over the past 10 years to build my customer list of people that trusted me and my recomendations and that purchased the product based on my recomendation. 

I have been slandered as a fraudster and operator of a prymid scheme by Live Drive the same company terminated my affiliate account and kept over 4k in commissions for doing something that I simply did not do.

Oh, by the way, you posted links to videos on your intial response...where in your affilate agreement does it state you cannot do video reviews of your product or have marketing materials approved? 

And which video was telling people to sign up as customers with their own affilate link?

I will let the people who see this report be the judge of who is walking in integrity here and who is not. 


  



 

I am a victim of livedrive as well.  I never even had a website and I was terminated.  Livedrive consumed my $8.00 and the next day I was terminated without cause.  Livedrive definitely has no integrity and I warned anyone who gets involved with this company.  Livedrive you need to be expose for your pathetic actions!  You bettter be glad it was only $8.00 bucks and not more or I would of hunted you down like that movie Taken!!!!   People I warned you they are total scams....

By definition Live Drive, a pryamid scheme is where people at the top only make money and there is no product.



The only ones to have made money is the Fraudsters a LIVE Drive! 



They created what they are now calling a pyramid scheme when they made it a 3 level program.



Also, none of us signed us as an affiliate and then bought an account.

Live drive will now be exposed for the world to see ecxactly how they operate and do business. 



 

Unfortunately Livedrive found itself to be the victim of large scale affiliate fraud and had to delete a large number of affiliate accounts in accordance with clause 6-b of the affiliate terms and conditions.

A pyramid scheme consisting of over 500 affiliates were in direct breach of the Livedrive affiliate terms and conditions. These affiliates were referring themselves to collect commission payments and in addition telling others to do the same and subsequently signing them up as a sub affiliate so they could receive further commission.

Livedrive prides itself on being able to pay industry leading commissions, however this naturally attracts the attention of fraudsters. Unfortunately there will be some users in the pyramid scheme who were unaware of their involvement, but sadly were in breach of Livedrives terms and conditions - specifically part 1-C-(ii) 'An user cannot sign up as an affiliate and then buy an
account themselves through their own affiliate link and gain commission. Affiliates also cannot gain leads from the same entity or IP address that they are using.'

Livedrive welcomes honest affiliates and currently has thousands of hard working, legitimate and friendly affiliates receiving high commission payouts on a monthly basis. Livedrive cannot however afford to service internet fraudsters looking for free, easy money.
