Live Green I invested money in this company because they said their prices were cheaper than Amazon. This has not been the case for a long time for a majority of their products. Also said that they would be partnering with Amazon but did not. Lake Mary Internet

     I joined Live Green on 3/21/2017 and joined as an affiliate with a Silver Pack.  I invested $378 in this company being told if I got in early than I would grow fast with the company.  In the Silver Pack it includes memberships that you sell to others and get a percentage back.  I was also told that Amazon would be joining in soon where I could receive cash back for Amazon purchases and also participate with Amazon through ordering via Amazon Fresh.  I buy a ton of products on Amazon so I thought this would also be a good opportunity to earn money back and a good selling point to sell the memberships that I purchased.  

    I placed my first Green Wholesale Market order on April 1, 2017 and I did not receive a few products I ordered and also got sent an incorrect item. I received a refund only after I contacted Happiness Support via email at their email address located on their website.  I thought that since they were a new company they may have some issues for a month or two so I gave them a chance.  When I went to place my next order I thought it would be a good idea to check Amazon to see if I am really saving money.  I already have an Amazon account so I want to make sure that I am really getting value out of Live Green.  When I searched for the products I wanted I noticed that Amazon was the same or cheaper on almost all of the products I wanted to buy.  So I waited awhile and decided to check again later.  At this point I was really wanting to sell these memberships but how can I sell a membership when I can’t back the value in the website? In a desperate attempt I spent several hours searching for products that were cheaper on Live Green and purchased them so I could make a video to show people the products.  I had a really hard time finding products that were cheaper and some were the same amount of money on LG.  I made a video to try and sell and the people I spoke to about a potential sale said that when they searched for products they wanted they didn’t see it cheaper on Live Green.

     So I am finding that while there may be some products cheaper, it is not the majority and therefore not going to be a value to most people. Also the Amazon cash back is no longer a way to sell and now that Amazon has purchased Whole Foods they will likely not ever participated with Live Green because it would just be competition. Amazon being included in Live Green was a big reason why I joined and knew I could sell memberships since Amazon is shopped by everyone.  Live Green just said they are planting trees for Amazon purchases.  While that is great for the environment it doesn’t help me sell these memberships or get value out of my own membership. 

     On August 25, 2017 I emailed Happiness Support at the email address listed on the website for help and expressed my concern that I am not finding products I regularly buy on LG that is cheaper than Amazon and I would like a refund on my silver pack.  I received an email from gmail on 8/26 that the delivery was incomplete and they would try again.  On 8/27 I received another delivery incomplete email and they would try again.  Then on 8/28 I received a final email that said they could not deliver my email because the domain was not found.  I feel like I am being blocked from sending this because I have since received emails from that email for announcements and it is also the same email I sent to when I had the issue with on my first order.  I also double checked the website and this email is still showing in the contact information.  At this point I just want my $378 back because of being told things that are no longer true and I am being ignored by the company with my concerns.
