We had the same exact experience with this company, and so have other agents from differnt companies that i know. Reid Lockhart was our sales rep too, then once he got our $1500 he pawned us off to the "support team" Kalen Hoffman , who acted like we were such a bother to him.

It seems that their little practice is, once they get your money and set you up they treat you totally different. We were doing fine the first couple of days until we got a letter from an attorney that we called their cleint on the national DNC list!! We tried to contact Live Lead Pros but they suddenly blow you off, ignore emails and calls for days, and just hope that you go away as your money sits in their bank account. They dont even process credit cards!! They make you send in your bank account infomation so they can cut a check on their end from some strange check writting software. They done even use the check you send them, but keep its information. The check that we sent them wasnt the same check that appeared from our banks reporting??!!

So now, not only are we supposedly out our $1500 they took from us, but w're also being sued for $6,000 from calling someone illegally on their lead system!!!

Looks like this Dean Austin or Dean Bardakjy owner has a habit of misleading honest people with diffent names an companies.

This screams nothing but SCAMERS!

Save yourself and DO NOT do business with this wretched company in Ft. Lauderdale FL. They have certainly hurt me and my company, now I am going to make sure they receive consequenses, and reporting to goverment outlets!
