It was a sunny day and I was busy doing my office presentation.

All of a sudden my computer started to malfunction & after multiple attempt to shut it down and then to restart I concluded that I need help from outside now.

I googled about the issue that found Live Technician website at the top of the google search results.

I opened the website and called the number mention over there as there support number.

person on the other side greeted me & asked about the reason behind my call to them.

I explained him about the situation that my computer is not working properly.

He asked some specific questions about the issue like from how long it is happening along with some technical details.

He also informed me about their maintenance plans in advance & we negotiated a little bit and agreed at USD 259 package for Three month support.

I being a non technical person was hardly able to understand what all he wanted me to explain and I expressed this to the person on the call.

He told me not to worry & advised me to put my computer on remote access by them.

I was a little skeptical about providing them remote access to my computer but guy explained that everything they are going to do is in front of my eyes and is for good.

I finally agreed and put them on remote.

after 30 minutes of engineering work the issue seemed to be resolved.

The guy on the call instructed me on how can I get instant support free of cost for next 3 months and gave me a privileged number.

Untill now I was not impressed with the service as I paid for the service and this is normal business but....

After 45 days or so My same computer started with the same problem, I immediately called the number given by the Live Tech guy.

This time a lady picked up the call with the same greeting and asked the reason behind the call.

I was a little upset as I was expecting the same guy to pick up my call & started thinking that whether this lady will listen & understand to me.

But to my surprise this lady tracked my number and informed me that I have taken their service 45 days back & as I subscribed for 3 months my all repairs are free of charge for next 45 days.

She also took my system on remote and repaired my computer.

although about 45 days are remaining in my subscription but I am already thinking to renew my plan.

Reason is, I don't want to take trouble of taking my system to local repair shop , Pay the same amount for repair & waste so much of my time waiting him to repair.
