Seniors beware of this reverse mortgage peddler. This company took advantage of my elderly mother and, as a result, her heirs lost any chance of inheriting her house (which she wished to leave to me, her daughter). They have only been in business a short (under 6 years) time and have a history of complaints and other legal issues against them. (Check the net). My experience is to warn others to stay away from this company and save yourself years of aggravation, pain and legal problems.
