LiveOps Liveops Unethical Procedures Santa Clara, California

I was terminated by Liveops on 12/3/10 because I did not renew my contract. However, when notified that some contracts where coming up, they stated that if your contract was not due yet, that I would be notified.  I never received a notification!!!!!!!

Also, they practice a very unethical procedure. After the initial sales call, & the customer has bought what they wanted, we are told to sell,sell & sell, the upsells along with affinities, i.e., monthly clubs, mags etc. And if we do not hear the words; I will cancel or hang-up, we are told to continue regardless of what the customer states, or to tell them that we have an electronic system that requires that we receive a no or a yes-THIS IS A LIE!!!!!!!

They also refers to us as Independent Contractors, we are builing a business.  There is real building a business. How can you build your own business when they dictate on how to run your own business.
