I saw some reports about this company posted here so I think I should share my story. I too have close family memebers who have been ripped off by this online scam company. What they do is set up a bunch of bogus people who cliam to be psychics wth supernatural abilities to predict your future and save you from misfortunes. Yeah right. So these people are set up and some of them have nice pictures and bios.
Liveperson sets them up to chat with you for a fee per minute. You tell them your issues and they tell you what they can do to help you such as cast spells for $200-$500 or give you psychic insights for $2-$10 per minute. Before you know you have spent hundreds of dollars on bogus predictions that would only confuse and depress you. They urge you to come back for more for a solution and so it goes. All this time Liveperson is collecting your money whatever you are paying the so-called psychic through your credit card and they give the Expert psychic 50% of the money.
If you are not satisfied they won't give you a refund. They perpetuate this web of lies and deceit, collect your personal information because "its needed for psychic accuracy" and then shares your personal data with their Experts. The logic is that when you call the next Expert they have your information already known to them so you think they have psychic abilities or else how would they know so much about you. Yes it's a scam.
If you want to investigate them, go ahead setup and account for free with them, Then get a psychic reading. If you are not satisfied ask for a refund. There is no way you will get a refund.
If you are a victim of this company, contact the BBB of NY, find them under BBB.org then find Liveperson with their zipcode 10018. File a report and ask for a refund.
With enough complaints fied wth the BBB you will start to see some results. Maybe you will even get your money back.
You can also go to wnbc in their new york division on the web, go to conatct us and select Share a new story. Give them the tip. With enough people tipping about them they will get exposed one of these days.
These are hard economic times folks, the lst thing you need is sme predator scamming you out of your $. Fight back.

The experts use this site to get at eachother AND break up any client groups that expose them.
For example Jackie, you think that Kasiswrong but I notice that you do nothing productive to stop what amounts to wholesale fraud by those who are very practiced con artists and supported by company policy.
If you BOTHERED to read the message history in the weakguyonkasamba group you would see that many members have curtailed or stopped getting readings altogether, But no, you just run around posting lies and maybe preventing potential clients to get to a place in which they can find support.
You are a selfish, stupid woman. By the way, I read the psychicjunkie posts and it seems the group owner, Sarah, only just gave up her tarot cards and relapse is often part of the normal process. Yet, you call the woman who started the weakguyonkasamba group unstable.
Looks like a stone just shattered your glasshouse and this make you look like the fool that you are. Actually you are more than a fool, you are a selfish and stupid fool. I hesitate to post her admission of this because, unlike you, I do have some morals. However, anyone who needs verification can just join the psychicjubkie group and see for themselves. It can be found in the groups starting with the letter g.
As for that famous ratings padder and fraud Cali, otherwise known as the h*o wife of Levi, you and that other legend in her own mind, Penny Clarke Babson are just jealous frauds. You are also stupid because you cannot prove anything you write and my prediction is you're going to be sued one day. Still you can probably afford it.
You both must have made a fortune from conning clients and bagging other experts on this site under different names.. They kicked you both off once and it is a pity the company values money before clients but that will be the cause of their downfall. You are living in a house of cards and have p*&%$* off a lot of people with your lies.
My prediction is your Karma will be evil which is what you both deserve.
