Joe Ehle of Liverpool Lumber does not care one bit about his customers.

I purchased over $40,000.00 of Marvin Windows and doors from him. The product was delivered damaged, when I brought this to Joe's attention, he said "Don't worry about it, all Marvin Windows are delivered with damage, Marvin will make it right, I will see they do."

Well over a year has gone by, I have made many calls to Joe, and he does not return my phone calls. No call from Joe Ehle, no call from Marvin Windows. I am stuck with damaged windows and doors.

Additionally, Joe had the nerve to double charge my credit card. It wasn't until I disputed the charge that Joe actually reversed the double charge.

I believe Joe Ehle of Liverpool Lumber is a dishonest man, who runs a dishonest business. No wonder Lowe's and Home Depot are doing so well! I hope nobody else gets conned by this scammer.

A Satisfied Customer

I worked for Joey Ehle about 20 or so years earlier. I can tell you that Joe Ehle is a thoughtful, conscientious, honorable business owner. His reputation with his clients were in good standing then as they are today. Since I knew who I would be dealing with for my home I built 12 years ago, I had no reservations about purchasing all my lumber and Marvin windows from Liverpool Lumber.

The lumber was first rate, as I knew it would be and, the $28,000.00 +- worth of Marvin windows and doors was perfect. My windows are still perfect; not a broken seal or failed piece of hardware. This product and service was so good that I convinced my sister to have her lake house Windows, doors and lumber purchased from Liverpool Lumber. She ended up with a failed 9' picture window sash but, one call, (1), to Joe and his call to Marvin; the window was repaired right on site. Thank you Joey!

I would call Marvin Windows of New York - 607-753-6706, ask for Service Dept. They will require date , order number and nature of problem. They will then contact Liverpool Lumber to verify information concerning problems, date order was sold, etc. Marvin Windows will take care of this by sending out service techs. to assess and help correct any defective window problems. If there is an installation issue - they will pass this along. The Marvin Company will help to find a solution to help correct the issue. They do stand by their product, many times there can be installation problems that create other problems. I would definitely call the Marvin Company - they will do whatever they can to help make it right.

Good luck and I hope you correct the problem soon.
