This is the company that is providing illeagal robo calling and phone number spoofing services for nafarious companies that conduct credit card fraud, tech support fraud as seen here at this link youtube.com/watch?v=Oio_GgNDam4  , rip offs and even phone harrassment.  These companies include.  fake "Card member services" "US Tech Support" "Credit card services" "Card services" "Card holder services" "365TechSupport" and other scams, frauds and cons.

The robo call companies are wanted by the FTC and so are the companies who use their service.

This company called me 10 min after a call from both "Rachel from card member services" robo calls, and a call from the Classic "The universal server contacted us and told us that your computer has a virus, I work for microsoft give me access to your computer and your credit card number" scammers.

Somehow their lines got crossed up and the actual company who is providing these robo call services to the rip off artists and to other companies actually called me about my legitimate company that I run and tried to sell me on robo calls (Illeagal in the USA accept for political or religious organisations), a web site and email spaming service for some 3000$ in total.  I tried to get the address of where the person was actually sitting so I could pay them a visit along with local law enforcement.  I then ran a whois and got the address of where the company was registered, which is in Florida as they told me.  The company then paid godaddy to hired their information and contact information so they could continue running their scams and selling their illeagal products to other scammers.  Soon they hung up on me!

Live Transfer Now is a software reseller for voice broadcast and predictive dialing platforms. We do have clients from politicians, non-profits, financial institutions, schools, and other advertisers who utilize our software.  We do follow all the laws in regards to dialing and ask that all of the users follow the same. 

Below are some of the terms and conditions that each user must read, accept and comply with everytime they login to the platform .  We have a zero tolerance policy for anyone abusing the platform. Please contact us if you have been solicited by anyone stating they are from our company at compliance@livetransfernow.com so we can terminate them.

In regards to the other comments we do not have any associate with the other company visible.net, Rachel, or 365Techsupport.  Please provide us with the details of your contact from either company so we can assist in helping you track them down and terminate them if we find them in are software

We do not tolerate any abuse of our software and or do we want to be associated with any scam companies.  Any additional information, contact phone number they called you on, time and date of call, caller ID of call etc.. will help us search to see if the call was place by one of our clients on our platforms.

It is the subscriber full responsibility to consult, research, understands and adhere to these laws at all times when using the Service Providers software.

e) I understand that it is unlawful to send audio messages to any emergency phone lines. For example, 911 numbers, hospital medical service lines, physicians, health care facilities, poison control centers, fire or law enforcement agencies.

f) I will avoid sending unsolicited audio messages to those who will incur charges unless proper prior permission has been obtain by the recipient or as the law requires.
