LIVEWELL FINANCIAL AMERICAN ADVISORS GROUP TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY FATHER'S LACK OF COHERENCE LANSING Michigan

This company entered into an agreement with my father while he was in an incoherent state following one of his strokes.  Once I learned of the reverse mortgage, I tried contacting American Advisors Group and spoke with an English bloke named Sunclair (Anthony) Roberts 1-866-948-0003 extension 581.  At first, Mr Roberts commisserated even bringing up how his own father suffered from dementia and the like.  He promised to mail out the agreement that my father signed.  We wanted to look at refinancing or getting another loan as he hardly received what his home was worth.  I told Mr Roberts about all the complaints that I had seen online about his company and he said that many large companies have these types of complaints and to not worry; he would personally get the copy of the signed agreement over to us.  This was over 6 weeks ago.  I have since called him back and left several messages and voice mails.  No response.  This company preys on the weekest of our population and Mr Roberts is an unmititgated liar.  Stay far away from this company!!!  Mitch Avondale Arizona
