A fraudulent charge of $19.95 was placed against my account soon after I cancelled my autoship order with Wu-Yi Source. Also, shortly after my initial order with Wu-Yi Source, I received several phone calls about fraudulent activity on my Visa--these calls were actually attempts to solicit my bank information.
When the unauthorized $19.95 charge appeared, I again received several of the fraudulent phone calls from a company that appeared as "AVA" on my caller ID. They wanted to 'discuss my Visa.' AVAs number is 201-257-4421.
Each of these events has occurred soon after a transaction with Wu-Yi Source. Wu-Yi Source promoted the LivingLean 'membership' as support for their weight-loss program. I did not opt for this membership and nowhere on my order confirmation was it stated that additional charges would apply.
As of this writing, Wu-Yi is stating that they are "longer selling LivingLean. For any questions or cancellations regarding LivingLean please call 1-866-396-5711." Note that calling this number and selecting the cancel option produces instructions for emailing Wu-Yi Source.
