My husband and I were really excited about a great deal we scored on their website. The only problem was when we ordered the delivery process was highly disappointing. We were told our couch would arrive between 10am-2pm and waited around all day until 2:30pm. When no one had arrived, we called the delivery dispatcher to get an update. We were told the delivery guys were 20 minutes out. By the time 3:30pm rolled around we tried to call again for an update. We were told they arrived and tried to knock on our door, which was very clearly a lie. After calling dispatcher again with no answer, we finally got a hold of someone who said we will have to reschedule. Needless to say, we were not please after having spent 5 hours waiting for our couch. Three days later, we rescheduled the delivery again. This time we were informed the delivery would take place between 12-3pm. The call came and the delivery guy went to the wrong address. Our parents happily purchased this couch as a birthday present and the workers failed to distinguish the billing address vs.the delivery address. We were then told the delivery would be scheduled for later in the same day from around 5pm-11pm, which is odd. Not surprisingly, we received a call at 5pm to inform us that yet again, the delivery will need to be reschedule. Now we've committed to over 8 hours waiting for a so called delivery that never came. This was the worst experience ever, I understand delivery guys can get backed up but to be inaccurately quoted twice regarding our couch was beyond frustrating. No one has time to sit around for 8 hours over two tries to get a purchased delivered.We have yet to be given a delivery date, to be honest we are going to cancel this order and take our business elsewhere. This was absolutely ridiculous and I would NOT recommend ordering any products through this store. If I could give this a negative stars, it would definitely be NEGATIVE 5 stars*****

furniture online?

 As a designer I am always shoping for furniture and I have found that almost everything you order online gets messed up no matter what company you go with. Why not go touch and feel what you are going to be using for years. Living spaces has actually been really good with my orders in store. The sales associates really take care of you and make sure everything goes smoothly. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE ONLINE ANYWHERE!
