When I ordered the Health Master I was told if I got the insurance i could get any replacement parts at no cost to me.  Well, within a few weeks I noticed the bottom of the jar was rusting. i called them and was told I would have to pay 25 dollars shipping to have a new one sent.
I told them that isn't fare, they said nothing about having to pay any shipping for replacements.
Then a few days after the 90 days was up the thing stopped altogether. They said it would cost me 54 dollars and they would send the jar as well as the base. I went ahead and ordered it. I've got over three hundred dollars into it.
And to think I could have gotten a Vita Mix for not much more than this thing cost with the insurance.
i am appalled they are still able to sale this thing, it's nothing but a ripoff and a lie.
My respect for Montel has gone down the tubes needless to say.
Is there any way I can get my money back?
they said the parts are on back order and should be in by the 19th of Dec. Needless to say I won't hold my breath, they haven't told the truth so far.
I sure wish I would have known about your site before ordering it.
