Dr. Zhong did not diagnos my problem correctly on the first visit.  She said for me to gargle when I complained about my throat hurting when I swallowed.  "It's nothing, just a little red".   This first appointment as on a Tuesday.  When gargling did not work, I wanted to get back the next day but they are closed on Wednesday. When they opened on Thursday I was there as soon as they opened.  Then I got a second charge and could not believe It.  I called the insurance company and was told that the doctor had no right to charge me again for the same issue.  I called the doctor's office after I got the second charge I asked to speak to Dr Zhong.  She did not return my call until I called back for the third time and demanded she call me back.  At that point she said you came in twice so I am billing you twice.  Even tho I told her the insurance company said she should not bill me twice.  Her reply was "when a patient comes in first time and is not getting better he has to come a second time". Maybe she should have her license revoked if she admits she can't diagnos a patient accurately on the first visit. Sounds like  scam to me.   When I went to the office on Thursday, Dr. Sobby saw me and immediately put me on an anti-biotic And pain killers. How could she not figure that out?  There was no option on their website for me to do a review.  I intend to call them tomorrow to ask how I can add a review.  I will now use a different Doctor which is a shame because Dr Sobby was very kind

 Also, she never asked me if it was ok to have a student examine me. A student just appeared and examined me.  At the time I did not realize I was to be given an option to have a student as opposed to the doctor. So esentially he student does all the work and she gets paid for services unrendere.  I finally refused to have any more students
